Although Leland Neff was born in Virginia, he's lived and worked in far-off places such as Italy and the Caribbean and has spent a great deal of time in England, France and Argentina. Since 1998, the acclaimed fashion photographer, illustrator and artist has been calling East Hampton home. "I went from Manhattan one day with my bike to the Long Island Rail Road to watch the Hampton Classic," he says. "That was in August. By October I'd moved."
